10 Best CRM for Real Estate Agents of 2026
By the KeenVerdict research desk · Updated November 7, 2026 · Next review December 22, 2026 · 10 products scored

Our verdict
Follow Up Boss is the pick for most agents and small teams: it connects to lead sources, routes leads, runs follow-up Action Plans and puts calling, texting and email in one inbox, with public per-user pricing and no contract. Wise Agent is the budget choice for a solo agent or a small group sharing one account. Lofty and BoldTrail suit agents who want an IDX website, lead generation and CRM sold as one platform, but both price by quote. Realvolve is the workflow-heavy option for agents who run a repeatable contract-to-close process. Real Geeks makes sense if you want a lead-generating website first and the CRM second.
The short answer
Follow Up Boss is the best CRM for real estate agents and small teams in 2026; Wise Agent suits solo agents who want one flat price that covers up to five team members, at $42 per month billed annually. HubSpot CRM is the cheapest way to start: its free plan covers two users and 1,000 contacts, and Starter costs $15 per seat per month.
This list is for licensed agents, small teams and team leads who need one place to capture buyer and seller leads, follow up on time and keep listings and deals moving to close. We compared documented features and published prices for 10 CRMs, nine built for real estate and one general CRM, and scored each on features, ease of use and value. Prices are the cheapest paid plan in US dollars as shown on the vendor's own page when we checked it. Several real estate platforms only quote prices after a demo, so those entries are marked as pending rather than estimated.

Grow from $69 per user per month, or $58 per user per month billed annually; Pro from $499 per month for 10 users
Quoted from the Follow Up Boss pricing page on November 7, 2026:
Grow Add calling for $39/user $69 month/per user + tax, where applicable
Follow Up Boss is built around one job: making sure no lead goes unanswered. It pulls leads in from more than 200 sources, distributes them by round robin, first to claim, or price and ZIP Code rules, and starts automated Action Plans that send emails and texts and create tasks. Smart Lists tell each agent who to call next, and reporting shows which lead sources and which agents convert. Grow costs $69 per user per month, or $58 billed annually, but built-in calling is a $39 per user add-on, and the vendor says some AI features work better with calling turned on. Pro bundles 10 users for $499 per month with unlimited calling and texting, team inboxes and call reporting, which is good value for a team of eight or more. There is no free plan, but every plan includes seven-day phone and email support, unlimited contacts and no contract.
What works
- +Unlimited contacts, lead sources and integrations on every plan
- +Phone and email support seven days a week on all plans
- +No contract, and yearly billing cuts the price by two months

CRM from $42 per month billed annually or $49 month to month, with up to 5 team members on a shared login
Quoted from the Wise Agent pricing page on November 7, 2026:
$49 / mo 14 Day Free Trial $42 / mo billed annually
Wise Agent is the value pick in this group. The CRM plan costs $49 per month, or $42 per month on a $499 annual plan, and it covers up to five team members on a shared login. That one plan includes lead automation, contact management, drip campaigns, transaction management, a team calendar, reporting, one customizable landing page, unlimited document storage, 100 lead enhancement credits and 24/7 live support. The trade-offs show up in the add-ons. Individual logins with permissions cost $20 each per month, extra team members come in batches of five for $20, and WiseText SMS adds $11 per month plus an $80 one-time registration fee. There is no IDX website or paid lead package, so agents who need lead generation will pair it with other tools. For a solo agent or a husband and wife team that mainly works its sphere and a few portal leads, the flat price is hard to beat.
What works

Lofty sells a full front office for real estate. The Smart CRM sits at the center, with Smart Plans that run multi-step nurture across email, text, calls and direct mail. Around it you get an IDX website with home search, a Power Dialer, Social Studio for social posts, transaction management and mobile apps for agents and their clients. Lofty also sells AI agents: a Sales Agent that works as a virtual ISA, a Social Agent and a Homeowner Agent that works your database for seller leads. Managed advertising on Google, Facebook and Microsoft is available, and the pricing page notes a 20% ad management fee on seller lead generation. The catch for buyers is that the Agent, Team, Broker and Enterprise plans all show Request Pricing, so you cannot compare costs without a sales call. Agents who want one vendor for site, leads and CRM should get a quote; agents who only need a CRM will pay for tools they do not use.
What works
- +The broadest built-in toolset on this list
- +Over 50 live training sessions a week for customers
- +Phone and email support seven days a week
What does not

Essential from $49 per month or $490 per year for one user, plus a $99 one-time setup fee
Quoted from the Realvolve pricing page on November 7, 2026:
Essential For agents who need organized contacts, tasks, and repeatable follow-up. $49 / month
Realvolve suits the agent who already knows how they want each deal to run and wants software to repeat it. Contacts, properties and transactions live as linked records, and workflows create the tasks, deadlines and messages for each stage. Essential costs $49 per month or $490 per year for one user and includes contact, property and transaction records, task and deadline tracking, 7 Essential workflows and 60 pre-built email templates. It does not include SMS, the dialer or the Ellis assistant. Professional at $79 per month or $790 per year adds integrated texting and calling, help drafting emails and templates, and daily CRM suggestions. Both plans carry a one-time Smart Launch fee, $99 or $199, and extra workflow packages are sold separately. There is no lead generation or IDX website, and team pricing is only available by talking to sales. For a solo agent with a steady referral business, it is a well-priced way to stop deadlines from slipping.
What works
- +Clear published prices for both plans
- +Workflows adapt tasks, timing and messages to your process
- +14-day free trial
What does not
- −SMS, dialer and Ellis are not included in Essential

BoldTrail is the next generation of kvCORE, built by Inside Real Estate for solo agents, teams and brokerages. The Smart CRM scores and prioritizes leads based on behavior, automates follow-ups and pushes alerts to the Streams mobile app when a contact shows buying signals. Around it sit configurable IDX websites, automated campaigns by email, text and social, listing marketing, business analytics, transaction management and more than 600 MLS integrations. A Lead Concierge service uses real people to engage new leads on your behalf. The vendor says about 400,000 agents use the platform. Two things hold the score down. There is no list price: the FAQ says cost depends on account size, products and add-ons and asks you to request a quote. And the vendor itself warns that a solo agent wanting a single lightweight tool may find it more platform than they need. If your brokerage already pays for it, learn it before buying anything else.
What works
- +Very broad platform from websites to back office
- +Human lead concierge for speed-to-lead
- +Existing kvCORE data and workflows carried over
What does not
- −No public price list; quotes depend on account size and add-ons
- −The vendor says a solo agent may find it more platform than needed
- −Mostly sold through brokerages and teams

Platform from $399 per month for 2 users, plus a $500 one-time setup fee
Quoted from the Real Geeks pricing page on November 7, 2026:
Real Geeks Platform $399 per month +$500 one-time setup fee Includes 2 users
Real Geeks is the website-first option. The platform costs $399 per month with a $500 one-time setup fee and includes an IDX website, the CRM, marketing tools and training for two users. The website side is strong: real-time MLS listings, AI-generated local area pages, home valuation tools, Google and Facebook one-tap login and verified leads. The CRM watches website activity, alerts you when a lead returns, prioritizes leads and supports routing and lead ponds for teams. The Real Geeks Dialer includes unlimited calling, text, email and video. Marketing Studio adds postcards, social templates and branded market reports. Extra users cost $25 each up to 10 users, IDX feeds cost $10 per board, and managed lead packages run $299 to $599 per month. The price only makes sense if the website generates leads for you; agents who already have a site or buy portal leads will get more for less from Follow Up Boss or Wise Agent.
What works
- +Website and CRM are built to work together
- +Public pricing including add-ons and extra users
- +Lead packages come with a dedicated success manager
What does not
- −$399 per month plus a $500 setup fee is a lot for a new agent

Free plan for up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts; Starter from $15 per seat per month
Quoted from the HubSpot CRM pricing page on November 7, 2026:
Starter Starts at $15/month per seat*
HubSpot is here as the free baseline, not as a real estate specialist. The free CRM covers up to two users and 1,000 contacts, with contact management, deal pipelines, CRM import, the Breeze Assistant AI and a reporting dashboard. Starter costs $15 per seat per month and adds required fields, permission sets, multiple currencies and removes HubSpot branding, while Professional starts at $50 per seat. An agent can set up a pipeline with stages such as new lead, showing, offer and under contract, and track buyers and sellers as deals. What HubSpot does not have is anything specific to the industry: no MLS integration, no IDX website, no listing alerts, no transaction checklists and no built-in import from real estate portals. The 1,000-contact cap on the free plan is also tight for an agent with a decade of sphere contacts. It is a fair way to test whether you will use a CRM at all before paying for a real estate one.
What works
- +A permanent free plan
- +Low seat price on Starter
- +Easy to learn for anyone new to CRMs
What does not
- −No MLS integration, IDX website or real estate lead sources built in
- −Free plan capped at two users and 1,000 contacts

IXACT Contact is built for the agent who wants past clients to remember them. The Keep in Touch Coach tells you when to call, text, email, visit, send birthday wishes or mark a move-in anniversary, and automated marketing plans run in the background. Email marketing is the core: monthly e-newsletters, lead nurture drips, e-cards for new listings and just solds, BombBomb video emails and open and click reporting, with the content written for you. A mobile-friendly agent website with lead capture is included, and Social Stream is an add-on that schedules real estate articles to your social accounts. Contacts sync with Google and Outlook, and there are apps for iPhone and Android. IXACT says more than 16,000 real estate professionals use it. It is lighter on lead routing, dialing and team management than Follow Up Boss or BoldTrail. We could not load the pricing page in US dollars for this check, so the price is pending.
What works
- +Professionally written email content that runs automatically
- +Simple interface with a customizable dashboard

Pro from $179 per user per month billed monthly; team plans from $399 per month for up to 5 users
Quoted from the Top Producer pricing page on November 7, 2026:
Pro Industry-leading CRM with home & market reports $179 per user / month
Top Producer's strength is MLS data. Pro integrates with more than 320 MLS boards and produces Market Snapshot reports, branded home and market updates that keep past clients and likely sellers engaged. The CRM includes unlimited contacts, leads and transactions, two-way email sync, contact and calendar sync with Google, Microsoft and Apple, dynamic workflows, commission tracking, automated drip emails and unlimited SMS. An AI writing assistant and just listed and just sold alerts are newer additions. The problem is price. Pro is $179 per user per month on monthly billing, and the leads and farming bundles start at $479 and $599 per month, with costs that vary by lead volume or farm size. Team plans are better value, at $399 per month for up to five users. Listing agents who rely on market reports to win sellers may find it worth the money; most buyer-focused agents will not.
What works
- +Strong MLS data and branded market reports
- +Unlimited contacts, leads, transactions and SMS messages
- +Team bundles for 5, 10 and 25 users

From $89 per user per month, Force.com license included
Quoted from the Propertybase pricing page on November 7, 2026:
Force.com licence included from $89/user/month
Propertybase is the Salesforce option. Lone Wolf configures Salesforce for real estate and includes the Force.com license in a price that starts at $89 per user per month. The product covers lead capture and routing with auto-matching to listings, a deal pipeline that runs from first inquiry to commission payout, built-in email marketing and property alerts, and real-time Salesforce dashboards. Agentforce AI scores leads and predicts deals, workflow automation runs on Salesforce Flow, and Lone Wolf Authentisign handles e-signatures inside the CRM along with compliance checklists and milestone tracking. The vendor cites more than 20,000 users in over 60 countries and scaling from 10 to 200+ agents. For a solo agent or a three-person team this is too much system: buying starts with a demo, and the flexibility of Salesforce comes with setup work. Brokerages that want deep customization, multi-office structures and the Salesforce app ecosystem are the right buyers.
What works
- +Salesforce license included in the seat price
- +Access to 4,000+ apps through Salesforce AgentExchange
- +Built to scale from 10 agents to 200+

Before you choose
Decide whether you need a website and leads in the same bill
Some products are a CRM only, such as Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, Realvolve and IXACT Contact. Others bundle an IDX website, ad-driven lead packages and the CRM, such as Real Geeks, Lofty and BoldTrail. If you already buy leads from portals or have a website you like, a stand-alone CRM is usually cheaper. If you are starting from nothing, a bundle can replace three separate subscriptions.
Check speed-to-lead tools before anything else
Most new buyer leads go cold within days. Look for automatic lead import from your sources, round robin or rules-based routing for teams, instant text and email responses, and alerts when a lead returns to your website. Follow Up Boss, Real Geeks and BoldTrail document these features on their own pages.
Price the whole team, not one seat
Real estate CRMs price in very different ways. Follow Up Boss charges per user on Grow and a flat fee for 10 users on Pro. Wise Agent includes up to five team members on a shared login. Real Geeks includes two users and charges for each extra user. Top Producer sells team bundles for 5, 10 and 25 users. Add setup fees too: Real Geeks and Realvolve both charge one-time fees.
Plan for your sphere, not only new leads
Repeat and referral business comes from past clients. Keep-in-touch reminders, automated newsletters, birthday and home anniversary prompts and branded market reports keep you visible after closing. IXACT Contact and Top Producer put these features at the center of the product.
Questions readers ask
- What is the best CRM for real estate agents?
- Follow Up Boss scored highest in our comparison because it combines lead import from 200+ sources, rules-based routing, automated follow-up and built-in calling and texting, starting at $69 per user per month. Wise Agent is the best value at $42 per month billed annually for up to five team members.
- Is there a free CRM for real estate agents?
- None of the real estate CRMs we compared has a permanent free plan. HubSpot's general CRM is free for up to two users and 1,000 contacts, but it has no MLS, IDX or real estate lead source features. Wise Agent and Realvolve offer 14-day free trials.
- How much does a real estate CRM cost?
- Verified entry prices on this list range from $42 per month for Wise Agent billed annually to $179 per user per month for Top Producer Pro billed monthly. Bundles that include an IDX website cost more, such as Real Geeks at $399 per month for two users plus a $500 setup fee.
- Do I need a CRM with an IDX website?
- Only if you want your own website to generate leads. Real Geeks, Lofty and BoldTrail bundle IDX websites with the CRM. If you already have a website or get most leads from referrals and portals, a stand-alone CRM such as Follow Up Boss or Wise Agent costs less.
- What is the best CRM for a small real estate team?
- Follow Up Boss Pro includes 10 users for $499 per month with unlimited calling and texting, which suits teams of about eight or more. Smaller teams can share Wise Agent's flat plan, which covers up to five team members, or Top Producer's Pro Teams 5 at $399 per month.
- Why are some prices marked as pending?
- We only publish a price when the vendor's own page shows it in US dollars when we check it. Lofty and BoldTrail price by quote, and the IXACT Contact pricing page could not be loaded by our checker, so their prices are pending.
