The free edition handles candidate management, email, interview scheduling and one active job per recruiter license. Standard raises that to 10 active jobs and adds sourcing, resume management, premium job boards, a branded careers site, referrals, social recruiting, assessments and standard reports. Enterprise adds AI candidate matching, blueprints, layout rules, recruitment automation, custom reports and SMS. After the 15-day trial of Enterprise features, accounts fall back to the free plan rather than being locked, and paid plans carry a 45-day money-back guarantee. The pricing page showed us euro prices only, so we have not verified a US dollar price. Its settings are deep, which helps a team that wants to customize and slows one that just wants to post a job.
