Workable is the easiest way on this list to get a role in front of a lot of candidates fast. One posting goes to more than 200 job boards, the careers page builder and jobs widget handle your own site, and the sourcing suite searches over 400 million profiles for people who did not apply. The pipeline side is complete for a small team: custom stages, interview kits and scorecards, self-scheduling with Gmail or Microsoft 365 sync, offer templates and EEO and OFCCP reporting. The pricing page now sells recruiting and HR together, so the Standard plan at $299 per month for up to 20 employees also brings an HR system, onboarding and time off. That is good value if you need both and less so if you already run an HRIS. Texting, video interviews and assessments cost extra on Standard, and the newer AI agents draw on credits. It is a strong default for a company of 20 to 200 people.
