Greenhouse review

Greenhouse is built on the idea that every candidate for a role should face the same questions and be scored on the same attributes. Interview kits, scorecards, scheduling rules, approvals for jobs and offers, and resume anonymization all serve that goal, and the Core plan adds sourcing and CRM, an AI notetaker, reporting and SSO. Plus brings texting, sourcing automation, a business intelligence connector and fraud and spam detection, while Pro adds audit logs, a developer sandbox and enterprise data controls. Few products here match its depth for a company hiring across several departments or countries. The downside for a smaller buyer is the process: the pricing page lists features but no prices, so you need a demo and a quote to compare. For a company under 50 people with a handful of roles a year, it is more system than you need. For 200 to 2,000 people with many interviewers, it is a strong pick.
