10 Best Inventory Management Software of 2026
By the KeenVerdict research desk · Updated November 6, 2026 · Next review December 21, 2026 · 10 products scored
Our verdict
Zoho Inventory ranks first because its $29 Standard plan already covers purchase orders, two locations and three users, it integrates with Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shopify, and the $79 Premium plan adds the barcode and batch tools a small warehouse needs. inFlow Inventory is second for distributors, with no caps on orders or purchases. Cin7 has the most complete feature set for multichannel brands but starts at $349 per month. Odoo Inventory is the best free option for warehouses with complex picking. Sortly is the easiest to use for simple stock and supplies. SOS Inventory is the pick for QuickBooks Online users, and Linnworks is the specialist for high-volume marketplace sellers.
The short answer
Zoho Inventory is the best inventory management software for product sellers and small warehouses in 2026, with purchase orders, multi-warehouse stock and Amazon, eBay and Shopify integrations, from $29 per month billed annually. inFlow Inventory suits wholesale distributors that want unlimited orders and purchasing, from $99 per month billed annually. Sortly is the cheapest paid entry at $24 per month for the first year on yearly billing, and Zoho, Sortly, Katana and Odoo all have free plans.
This list is for product sellers and small warehouses that need stock levels, purchase orders and multichannel order sync in one place: ecommerce brands, wholesalers, makers and stockrooms. We compared documented features and published prices for ten tools. Pricing units differ a lot. Zoho prices per organization with order caps, inFlow and Fishbowl by plan with included users, Cin7 by users and annual order volume, Ordoro by app and monthly orders, and SOS by plan with paid connections. Linnworks and Katana quote paid plans after a call. Odoo showed prices in euros to us, so its USD price is marked pending.

Free plan for 50 orders a month; Standard from $29 per organization per month billed annually, with Premium $79, Plus $129 and Enterprise $249
Quoted from the Zoho Inventory pricing page on November 6, 2026:
STANDARD $ 29 per organization / month billed annually 500 orders / month 3 users 2 locations
Zoho Inventory covers the full loop a small product seller runs every week: raise a purchase order, receive stock, sell it across channels and ship it. The Standard plan costs $29 per organization per month on annual billing and includes 500 orders a month, 3 users and 2 locations, along with composite items, dropshipments, backorders and a customer portal. Premium, at $79, adds barcode generation, stock counting, serial and batch tracking, unit of measure conversion and a vendor portal, which is the tier most small warehouses will end up on. Integrations cover Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce on the sales side, UPS, USPS and FedEx for shipping, and Zoho Books, Xero and QuickBooks Online for accounting. Pricing is per organization, so a team does not pay per seat until it passes the included users. The trade-off is order caps on every tier and add-on charges for extra orders, users and locations. We compared documented features and published prices; Zoho ranks first because it pairs multichannel sync with the lowest paid entry here.

Lite from $99 per month billed annually with 2 team members; Core $299, Pro $499 and Max $699 per month billed annually
Quoted from the inFlow Inventory pricing page on November 6, 2026:
Lite Billed annually 99 USD /mo.
inFlow Inventory suits a business that sells and buys in volume and does not want order caps. Every plan includes unlimited products, sales, purchases and integrations, which removes the per-order maths that Zoho and Cin7 impose. Lite costs $99 a month on annual billing with 2 team members and 1 location; Core, at $299, raises that to 5 members and 5 locations, and advanced access rights, which restrict users by location or sales rep and set approval limits on purchase orders, are an add-on there and included on Pro and Max. inFlow connects with more than 95 integrations and lets staff pick, pack and ship from a phone or scanner. The Showroom B2B portal lets wholesale customers place orders on a custom domain, though it is an add-on below Pro. Lot numbers, serial numbers and the AI report assistant are also add-ons on the lower plans at $39 a month each. We compared documented features and published prices; inFlow ranks second for its uncapped plans and clear pricing.

Cin7 Core Standard $349 per month for 5 users; Pro $599 and Advanced $1,199 per month; Omni by quote
Quoted from the Cin7 pricing page on November 6, 2026:
Pricing starts at $349/month
Cin7 is the most complete operations platform in this list for brands that sell through several channels and hold stock in more than one place. Cin7 Core Standard costs $349 a month and includes 5 users, 2 ecommerce or app integrations, 6,000 sale orders a year and unlimited inventory locations. It covers purchase orders, sales orders, a B2B portal for wholesale buyers, a warehouse app with barcode scanning and accounting sync with Xero or QuickBooks Online. Pro, at $599, raises the limits to 10 users, 4 integrations and 24,000 orders a year and adds material requirements planning. Advanced, at $1,199, adds multi-warehouse picking with FIFO and FEFO enforcement. Cin7 lists more than 700 app partners, including Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce and ShipStation, and sells ForesightAI demand forecasting as an add-on. The catch for small sellers is cost and the integration cap on Standard. We compared documented features and published prices; Cin7 scores highest on features but lower on value.

- +Wide integration catalog with more than 700 app partners
- +Clear upgrade path to advanced warehouse management
What does not

Odoo Inventory brings warehouse features usually found in larger systems to a small business budget. Used on its own, the app is free with unlimited users, which makes it a strong starting point for a team that wants real stock control without a monthly fee. Replenishment can run on min-max rules, make to order or a master production schedule, and Odoo can propose or trigger purchase orders automatically and follow up with vendors. In the warehouse it supports push and pull rules, put-away strategies, and single, cluster, wave or batch picking, with a barcode scanner that works offline and reads GS1 codes. Valuation supports FIFO, average price, LIFO and standard price. The trade-off is setup effort: routes and rules take planning, and selling across marketplaces means adding other Odoo apps or connectors, which moves you onto a paid plan. Paid plan prices showed in euros from our location, so the USD price is pending. We compared documented features and published prices.
What works
- +One app is free forever with unlimited users
- +Warehouse routing and picking depth beyond most small business tools
- +Connects to Odoo Sales, Purchase, Accounting and Manufacturing
What does not
- −Setup of routes and rules takes more time than simpler tools
- −Multichannel marketplace sync depends on Odoo eCommerce or third-party apps
- −USD pricing for paid plans could not be confirmed from our location

- Yes, one app with unlimited users

Free plan for 100 items; Advanced $24 per month billed yearly in the first year ($49 month to month); Ultra $74 and Premium $149 per month billed yearly in the first year
Quoted from the Sortly pricing page on November 6, 2026:
Advanced Best for maintaining optimal inventory levels. $49 $24 USD/mo.
Sortly is the easiest tool here to start using. You photograph items, place them in folders that mirror your shelves or vans, and print QR code labels so anyone can scan stock in or out with a phone. The free plan covers 100 unique items and 1 user. Advanced costs $49 a month, or $24 a month for the first year on yearly billing, and raises the limits to 500 items and 2 users with unlimited QR labels. Ultra, at $74 a month in the first year on yearly billing, adds barcode labels and purchase orders and allows 2,000 items and 5 users. Premium adds custom role permissions and a QuickBooks Online integration. Sortly also links items to jobs, so a contractor can see what went out to which project. It does not sync orders from marketplaces or online stores, so sellers on several channels should look at Zoho or Cin7. We compared documented features and published prices; Sortly scores highest for ease of use.
What works
- +Very quick to set up and use from a phone
- +Free plan for 100 unique items
- +Low entry price for small teams
What does not
- −Purchase orders need the Ultra plan
- −No marketplace order sync, so it does not fit multichannel sellers
- −Yearly prices shown are first-year discounts; after year one the yearly discount is 20%

Companion $74.95 per month with 2 users; Plus $144.95 and Pro $199.95 per month; annual plans include 2 months free
Quoted from the SOS Inventory pricing page on November 6, 2026:
Companion $74.95 /mo. For Basic Inventory Management.
SOS Inventory is the natural add-on for a business that already keeps its books in QuickBooks Online and has outgrown its inventory features. Companion costs $74.95 a month with 2 users and covers sales orders, purchase orders, assemblies, shipments and transaction-level QuickBooks sync, including classes and sales taxes. Purchasing is strong even on the entry plan: SOS can generate purchase orders from stock levels, handle partial receipts, blanket POs and drop shipments. Plus, at $144.95, adds unlimited locations, serial and lot numbers, bin tracking, barcoding, item variants and pick tickets, which is where most small warehouses will land. Pro, at $199.95, adds job costing, work orders, landed costs and a customer portal. Shopify, BigCommerce and PayPal connections are counted as external connections at $25 a month each. We compared documented features and published prices; SOS ranks well for purchasing depth but depends on QuickBooks.

Custom pricing based on order volume; quote after a demo
Quoted from the Linnworks pricing page on November 6, 2026:
Speak to a specialist today to get your quote.
Linnworks is built for the seller whose main problem is volume across many marketplaces. It syncs stock across more than 100 channels, so a sale on Amazon, eBay or Shopify updates available quantities everywhere else, which is what prevents overselling. The Rules Engine sorts, prioritizes and routes orders automatically, and Linnworks connects to more than 70 shipping providers, including Amazon Shipping, FedEx and ShipStation, with rules for carrier selection. Inventory tools include purchase orders, warehouse transfers, replenishment alerts, bins and racks, lot management, and kits and bundles. Pricing is custom and based on order volume rather than revenue, with no percentage fees, and every package includes a guided onboarding plan. That makes it hard to compare costs up front, and it is more system than a seller on one or two channels needs. We compared documented features and published prices; Linnworks scores high on features and lower on value because no price is published.
What works
- +Broadest channel coverage in this list
- +Plans priced on order volume with no percentage fees
- +Guided onboarding included in every package
What does not
- −No published prices
- −More system than a small seller with one or two channels needs
- −Some features such as quality control are North America only
- Pricing
- Custom, based on order volume
- Channels
- 100+ marketplaces and channels
- Shipping integrations
- 70+ providers

Free plan for up to 30 SKUs; paid Advantage plan priced by custom annual contract
Quoted from the Katana pricing page on November 6, 2026:
Free $0, no card required For exploring Katana on a small product catalog.
Katana fits brands that make or assemble what they sell. It tracks stock across products, raw materials and multiple locations in real time and shows what is in stock, committed and arriving. On the production side it handles bills of materials and subassemblies, make to stock and make to order, contract manufacturing, cost calculations and a shop floor app. Order management syncs Shopify, Amazon, wholesale and 3PL channels, and Katana tracks batches, lots, serial numbers and expiry dates. The free plan is useful for testing: up to 30 SKUs with unlimited users, integrations and locations and all Katana features. Beyond that, Katana sells one paid plan, Advantage, on a custom annual contract that includes setup and support from its team. No price is published, which makes Katana harder to budget for than inFlow or Zoho. We compared documented features and published prices; Katana scores well on features and ease of use but lower on value.

Quoted from the Fishbowl pricing page on November 6, 2026:
Essentials For simpler operations replacing spreadsheets with barcode-driven control. $229 USD/mo. billed annually Includes 2 users
Fishbowl has a long history in warehouse and manufacturing inventory and now sells cloud plans for businesses that stock, move and sell finished goods. Essentials costs $229 a month on annual billing with 2 users and covers real-time SKU tracking, reorder points, mobile barcode scanning and QuickBooks Online or Xero sync. Fishbowl Advanced covers multi-warehouse, 3PL and EDI fulfillment from $595 a month and manufacturing with BOMs and MRP from $675 a month. Small sellers will find multichannel sync only on Growth, which makes Fishbowl expensive for that use. Inventory app from $349 per month (Advanced, 1,000 orders a month); Premium $499; Shipping app has a free plan
Quoted from the Ordoro pricing page on November 6, 2026:
INVENTORY Precisely track your inventory in all stores and warehouses. Starting at $ 349 /mo
Ordoro splits ecommerce operations into three apps: Shipping, Inventory and Dropshipping. Many sellers start on the free Shipping plan, which handles 100 labels a month from one sales channel, and add Inventory when stock across channels gets hard to track. Inventory Advanced costs $349 a month and includes 1,000 orders a month, unlimited warehouses, sales channels and users, kitting and bundling, allocation, warehouse transfers, automation rules and QuickBooks Online integration. Purchase orders, bills of materials, manufacturing orders, stocktakes and custom forecasting reports are held for Inventory Premium at $499. Orders past 1,000 a month cost $100 per extra 1,000, and running Shipping and Inventory together means paying for two apps unless you agree bundled pricing with Ordoro. Ordoro offers a 15-day free trial with no credit card. We compared documented features and published prices; Ordoro ranks last here because purchase orders sit on its $499 tier.
What works
- +Unlimited users, warehouses and sales channels on Inventory plans
- +Free Shipping plan for 100 labels a month
- +15-day free trial with no credit card
What does not
- −Purchase orders need the $499 Inventory Premium plan
- −Orders over 1,000 a month cost $100 per extra 1,000
- −Shipping, Inventory and Dropshipping are priced as separate apps
- Inventory starting price
- $349 per month, 1,000 orders

- Extra orders
- $100 per additional 1,000 orders
Before you choose
Count your sales channels first
If you sell on more than one marketplace or store, channel sync is the feature that stops overselling. Zoho Inventory, Cin7, Linnworks and Ordoro sync orders and stock across channels, though Cin7 Standard includes only 2 integrations. Fishbowl holds multichannel selling for its Growth plan, Sortly does not sync channels at all, and SOS charges $25 a month per shopping cart connection.
Check where purchase orders start
Purchase orders are basic for a reseller but not every plan includes them. Zoho, inFlow, Cin7 and SOS include them on their entry plans. Sortly adds them on Ultra and Ordoro on its $499 Inventory Premium plan.
Price it on orders and users, not just the headline
Zoho caps monthly orders per plan, Cin7 caps annual sale orders and integrations, and Ordoro charges $100 per extra 1,000 orders. inFlow has no order caps but charges for extra team members. Work out the monthly bill at your current volume and at double it.
Decide if you need lot, serial and barcode tools
Food, cosmetics and electronics sellers often need lot or serial tracking. Zoho adds it on Premium, SOS on Plus, Fishbowl adds full lot traceability on Scale, and inFlow sells it as an add-on on lower plans. Odoo and Katana include lots and serials in the core product.
Match the tool to your accounting system
Most tools sync with QuickBooks Online and Xero. SOS Inventory is built around QuickBooks Online, Zoho Inventory pairs naturally with Zoho Books, and Odoo has its own accounting app. Test the sync with real purchase orders during the trial.
