Zoom lists domestic calling on unlimited or metered plans, domestic SMS and MMS, 50 pages of online fax per month, a domestic phone number, call recording and metered international calling. AI features include post-call summaries, voicemail prioritization, task extraction and summaries of shared team text threads, and a Virtual Agent receptionist can answer calls around the clock. Zoom provides phone service in more than 49 countries and lets customers bring their own carrier, with a 99.999% uptime SLA. The pricing page we fetched showed only zloty and euro, so we could not confirm a USD price, and that is reflected in our value score. Firms that do not use Zoom for meetings will find more phone-focused features elsewhere on this list.
