Zoho CRM gives more sales automation per dollar than any other full CRM on this list. The Standard edition already includes workflows, assignment rules, cadences, reports, dashboards and sales forecasting, features that rivals hold back for mid-tier plans. Professional adds CPQ, process automation and inventory management, and Enterprise brings territory management, custom functions and customer portals. The free edition covers three users with leads, deals, workflows and reports, which is enough for a small team to test the product properly. The cost is complexity. Zoho CRM has a large settings area, and an admin who wants it to fit the business will spend real time on layouts, rules and permissions. The pricing page served us euro prices from our location, so we have left the USD figure pending rather than convert it. If you have an admin with a few hours a week, Zoho CRM is the best value for an automation-heavy sales team.
