Salesforce is the CRM most large companies run, and Starter Suite is how a small team gets in the door. At $25 per user per month, billed monthly or annually, it bundles sales, service, marketing and commerce tools. Pro Suite at $100 per user per month billed annually adds more automation and customization. Above that sit the Sales Cloud editions, Core at $195, Advanced at $395 and Max at $550 per user per month, with built-in AI, Slack, Tableau and Agentforce agents. There is also a Free Suite listed at $0. The feature ceiling is the highest on this list, and the partner and app ecosystem is unmatched. The problem for small teams is everything around the software: setup takes longer, admins need training, and the jump from Starter to the Sales Cloud editions is steep. Choose Salesforce when you know you will need its depth within two or three years.
