Zoho Contracts is the most affordable way to get a real contract lifecycle tool rather than only a signature app. The free plan covers three users, ten contracts, five counterparties, one approval workflow and two built-in templates, which is enough to test the full process. Paid plans, Standard, Professional and Premium, are priced per user and include authoring and sharing, approval workflows, negotiation and redlining, e-signature, amendments, renewals, extensions and terminations, version history, counterparty management and a clause library. Zoho Sign is bundled at no extra cost, so you do not need a separate e-signature subscription. Higher tiers add obligations management, Zoho CRM and Microsoft Word integration, DocuSign integration, audit logs and intake forms. Standard limits each user to 25 contracts a month, and the pricing page showed only GBP and EUR from our location, so we have marked the USD price as pending. For small teams already in the Zoho ecosystem, it is the obvious starting point.
