SpotDraft covers the core CLM jobs in one product: templates for self-serve contract creation, a no-code workflow builder for reviews and approvals, a contract editor, native e-signature and a repository that extracts more than 1,000 types of metadata with AI. Legal teams that live in Word get VerifAI, which reviews contracts inside Microsoft Word. There is also clickwrap and a legal hub for managing online terms, which suits SaaS and marketplace businesses. The service model is the strongest selling point. SpotDraft's pricing page says implementation is always included: its team sets up workflows and integrations and migrates legacy contracts with no extra fees and no outsourcing, and every customer gets a dedicated customer success contact and 24/7 support. Prices are not published and are based on contract volume, so you will need a quote. For a legal team of one to ten people that wants a full CLM without running the rollout itself, SpotDraft is a strong fit.
