Ironclad positions itself as a platform for every contract type, not only the ones legal drafts. Its product covers the full lifecycle, from intake and template-based creation through review, signature, storage, analysis and fulfillment. The newest layer is Ironclad Agent, an AI assistant that draws on your own contracts, deal history and negotiation knowledge. Sales teams can generate, negotiate and execute agreements without leaving the CRM, and procurement connects through integrations such as Coupa and Ramp. For developers there is a CLM API and a separate clickwrap API. Ironclad also offers a Smart Import feature for bringing in legacy contracts. The trade-off is cost and effort: the pricing page asks you to request a custom quote shaped by products, users and workflows, and you choose whether to lead deployment yourself or use Ironclad's legal engineers or a partner. For a company with a dedicated legal ops function and thousands of agreements a year, it is the most complete option here.
