Tradify suits trades that run quoted jobs over days rather than many short visits. Lite costs $47 per user per month and covers job management, scheduling with Google Calendar sync, quotes and invoices with markups, online and card payments, email tracking and Xero or QuickBooks Online sync. Pro, at $51 per user, is where most firms will land: it adds custom branding, an inquiry form and inbox, a full communication history, job photos and files, recurring jobs, job templates, appointment reminders, quote options with online acceptance, progress invoicing for deposits and retentions, quote and invoice reminders, cost and bill tracking, timesheets and subcontractor scheduling. Plus, at $61, adds reporting and AI bill reading. The free trial unlocks every feature for 14 days. The per-user model makes Tradify more expensive than flat-fee tools once a team passes three or four people, and it has fewer customer-facing extras such as online booking than Jobber or Housecall Pro.
