The Basic bundle, aimed at portfolios up to 100 units, already includes a complete accounting system, standard and custom reports, work order and vendor management, marketing and leasing tools, online applications with unlimited eSignatures, owner and prospect portals, a tenant app, unlimited custom fields and custom workflows. Plus adds text and phone broadcast, a pro mobile app and AI tools for writing and AR/AP, and Premium adds video inspections, maintenance scheduling and a dedicated customer success team. Add-ons include an open read/write API, a 24/7 call center, custom websites and integrated phones, with more than 200 integrated providers. Rent Manager does not publish prices, so you need a quote, and the depth of options means a longer setup than landlord tools.
