Start costs $60 a month on annual billing, or $75 month to month, and includes five users, an embeddable contact form, automated email and text reminders, over 20 business reports, time and expense tracking and QuickBooks Online integration. Run, at $119 for 10 users, adds dispatch mapping, GPS check-ins, custom fields, custom reports and QuickBooks Desktop integration for an extra $50 a month. Scale, at $199 for 20 users, adds custom templates and reviews. A Kickback program takes 5% off the subscription if you process a monthly minimum in online payments, starting at $1,000 a month on Start. Every plan has a 30-day free trial, the longest in this list. Compared with the leaders, Kickserv has fewer marketing and AI features and its site gives less detail on payments and the mobile app, so test those during the trial.
