Entrata is the enterprise end of this list. Its Operations Experience Platform joins CRM and marketing, ERP for accounting, payments, budgeting and procurement, digital leasing and property operations such as maintenance and utilities, and its Resident Experience Platform adds a resident portal, rent reporting, renters insurance and deposit alternatives. OXP Studio is a command center with more than 100 built-in AI agents for leasing, maintenance, payments and renewals. Entrata sells to multifamily, student, affordable, military, commercial and manufactured housing operators, and the product catalog is long: separate modules cover utility billing, revenue intelligence, business intelligence and job costing. There is no public price list, so cost depends on the modules and the number of units, and buying runs through a demo. For a landlord or a small management office this is far more system than needed, but for a large apartment operator it can replace several vendors.
