Docusign CLM is the contract management product behind the familiar e-signature brand, and it is aimed squarely at large organizations. Contracts are generated from dynamic templates that can pull data from systems like Salesforce, and AI flags non-compliant clauses, suggests approved language and drafts new clauses. A drag-and-drop editor with more than 100 pre-configured steps lets you design routing for generation, review, approval, signature and storage. Review cycles use AI-assisted negotiation and summarization, and notifications let users act from email and Slack. After signature, an AI repository tracks obligations and renewals, and over 100 pre-trained AI models extract key data points. All of this runs on Docusign Iris, the company's AI engine. The flip side is complexity and cost: CLM is not on the public price list, which shows only eSignature plans, so you will negotiate a quote. Enterprises already standardized on Docusign get the smoothest path; smaller teams will find Concord or Juro quicker to adopt.

Who it is for
