Copper is the CRM for companies that live in Google Workspace. Its Chrome extension puts contacts, deals and emails inside Gmail and Google Calendar, and it syncs Gmail email, contacts and files, so reps rarely open a separate app. Basic costs $23 per seat per month paid annually, or $29 monthly, and includes pipelines, task automation, project management and contact enrichment, with a 2,500 contact limit. Professional at $59 paid annually raises the limit to 15,000 and adds workflow automation, bulk email, reporting and integrations. Business at $99 removes the contact cap and adds email series, custom reports and multi-currency. The value case is weaker than for Freshsales or Zoho CRM, which give more automation for less, and teams on Outlook lose most of Copper's advantage. Agencies, consultancies and partnership teams that sell through relationships and already run on Gmail will find it the most natural fit.
