ContractHound is a deliberately small tool. It prices by active contract rather than by user, starting at $95 a month for 50 active contracts on annual billing, and every plan includes unlimited users. That entry plan also includes unlimited approval workflows, unlimited document versions, 50 archived contracts, 150 additional non-contract documents and 750 contract reminders. Contracts are organized with folders and tags, colleagues can leave messages on a contract through a built-in chat, and inactive agreements can be archived to keep the bill down. A 14-day free trial gives you the 50-contract plan, and nonprofits get 10 percent off. What it lacks is the AI layer that most rivals now ship: there is no documented AI extraction, drafting or review, and the integration list is short. Above 300 contracts you need a bespoke quote. For a small company that just wants approvals and renewal reminders without a big platform, it does the job at a low price.
