Clockify review

Clockify packs a lot of billing features into very low per-seat prices. The free plan covers up to five users with unlimited tracking, a timer, timesheet, auto tracker, calendar view, idle detection, Pomodoro timer and reports. Basic, at $3.99 per seat per month on annual billing, adds billable rates, adding time for other people, bulk edits, required fields, a kiosk and time audit. Standard at $5.49 is where most agencies land, with invoicing and recurring invoices, approvals, time locking, attendance and overtime, a manager role and a QuickBooks integration. Pro at $7.99 adds expenses, budgets and estimates, labor cost and profit, scheduling, forecasting, GPS tracking and optional activity monitoring. The trade-off is complexity: five tiers and a long feature grid mean you have to read carefully to find which plan holds approvals or rounding. The interface is plainer than Toggl's, but the price per seat is hard to beat.
