Tasks, docs, chat, goals and dashboards share one workspace, and the Free Forever plan allows unlimited tasks and unlimited free members, though storage is only 60 MB. Core costs $9 per user per month billed yearly, against a $12 regular price, and unlocks unlimited storage, Gantt charts, forms and chat, plus 1,000 automations a month. Business at $17 adds advanced dashboards, resource management, private views and 10,000 automations. ClickUp Brain AI is included with credit allowances that vary by plan, and more credits can be bought. The trade-off is complexity. ClickUp has so many settings that teams without someone to own the setup often end up with a cluttered workspace. If you have that person, ClickUp gives more for the money than any other tool on this list.
