Zoho Sign has four tiers. The free plan is for a single user with 5 envelopes a month and includes signature workflows, reminders, signing with Zoho's cloud digital signature certificate, an audit trail and storage connections to Zoho WorkDrive, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox and Box. Standard raises the limit to 25 envelopes per user per month and adds approval and manager workflows, SMS delivery, your own certificates from USB tokens or PFX files, advanced electronic signatures, recipient identification by OTP, government ID, knowledge-based authentication or Stripe Identity, witness and delegate signing, and AI field detection. Professional adds unlimited envelopes, unlimited templates, branding, signer attachments and reports. Enterprise adds bulk send, SignForms, in-person signing, conditional and formula fields, payment collection through Zoho Checkout and controls for 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11. Many of these extras consume Zoho Sign credits, so check the credit allowance. The trial gives 14 days of Enterprise without a card.
