Zoho Expense is the low-cost choice for teams that want classic expense reports done well. The Free plan covers up to 3 users with AI receipt capture, expense reports, personal card tracking, GPS mileage, accounting integrations and multi-currency expenses. Standard costs $3 per user per month billed annually or $4 monthly and adds itemized receipt capture in 38+ languages, corporate card management with real-time Visa and Mastercard feeds, multiple policies, cash advances, ACH payments, direct bank reimbursements, single sign-on and Zia AI for expense audits that flag fraud and alcohol. Premium, at $5 billed annually, adds self-booking travel, a travel desk, GSA compliant per diems, live budget tracking and multi-entity management. Zoho also offers a prepaid Mastercard, but it is not a credit card program like Ramp or Brex. ERP and HRMS integrations cost extra.
