TidyCal is the budget option for solo professionals. The free plan includes unlimited bookings and booking types, paid bookings, recurring and package bookings, group bookings and translation of your booking page, with a single calendar connection and a 1% platform fee on payments processed through Stripe. Instead of a subscription you can buy the Individual lifetime plan for $29 or the Agency lifetime plan for $79 through AppSumo; these add automatic Zoom, Meet and Teams links, custom emails, AI features and 10 calendar connections, and Agency adds round robin and collective meetings. Pro costs $12 per month or $99 a year and removes TidyCal branding and the platform fee, adds a custom domain, unlimited calendars and unlimited SMS reminders in the US and Canada. Everyone gets an API, MCP access and webhooks. It lacks the lead routing and CRM sync that sales teams expect.
