It includes global travel inventory, unlimited policy and approval workflows, self-serve changes, 24/7 travel support agents, a rewards program and 30+ HRIS integrations. Navan Expense is free for the first 5 monthly expensing users and then $15 per user per month; an expensing user is anyone who submits a transaction that month. Expense features include reimbursements, receipt scanning, existing corporate or business card connections and ERP integrations. For a company whose spend is mostly flights and hotels, booking and expensing in one place removes most of the reconciliation work. For a team that rarely travels, $15 per user is more than Zoho Expense or Expensify charge.
