Fieldwire started as a jobsite tool, and that is still where it is strongest. Every plan includes plan viewing, task management, specifications, files, photos and checklists, so a foreman can open the current sheet, drop a task on it and assign it to a sub from a phone. The free Basic plan allows up to 5 users, 3 projects and 100 sheets. Pro, at $39 per user per month on annual billing, removes those limits and adds reports, exports, sheet compare and project templates. Business, at $64, adds custom forms, integrations and a BIM viewer. The office tools general contractors ask about, RFIs, submittals, change orders and budget, sit on Business Plus at $89 per user per month. Custom contracts add API access and single sign-on. We compared documented features and published prices; Fieldwire scores well on ease of use and the free plan, but its per-user pricing for change orders and budgets lowers its value for larger teams.
