Domo bundles the pieces a small team would otherwise buy separately: connectors and drag-and-drop ETL to bring data in, dashboards, visualizations and embedded analytics to share it, a low-code app builder, and AI agents, chat and workflows to act on it. Its pricing is consumption-based: credits are spent when you store data, update tables, run workflows or use machine learning inference, and Domo says there are no per-user charges, so the whole company can view dashboards. It also says failed processes never trigger charges. A 30-day free trial with full platform access needs no credit card, and companies can buy through cloud marketplaces using existing cloud commitments. For a lean team the appeal is one tool from raw data to dashboard. The drawback is predictability: Domo does not publish dollar prices, so you need to estimate credit use with sales and keep an eye on it as data and automation grow.
